Milovan Pisarri

Association director and historical researcher

Obtained his PhD from the University of Venice in 2011. In his research, he explores the Holocaust, the genocide against the Roma, anti-fascism, the civilian population under occupation. He publishes articles in international professional journals and regularly participates in scientific meetings in Serbia and abroad.

Since 2018, he has been one of the founders of the Centre for Public History, within which he develops program and project ideas of the organization as a historical researcher and director.

He currently holds a scholarship from the Gerda Henkel Foundation for a research about the bystanders and the Holocaust in Belgrade.
